Return and Refund Policy -  Paws & Peace Co.

At Paws & Peace Co., we want you and your furry friends to be happy with every order.

1. 30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with tags. For hygiene reasons, pet food, treats, chews, and opened grooming products cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

2. How to Start a Return
Email us at Pawsandpeaceco.store@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return. We will reply within 24-48 hours with return instructions and a return address if needed.

3. Damaged, Faulty, Wrong or Lost Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery time, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund – no need to return the faulty item unless we request it.

4. Refunds
After we approve your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

5. Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Email us first. We'll exchange it if stock is available. You may need to cover the return shipping for size exchanges.

6. Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale or 50% off or more are not eligible for return.
